Can the RingConn Gen 2 monitor naps?
Absolutely. Whether you're sleeping overnight or taking a quick nap, the RingConn Gen 2 tracks your sleep patterns, including sleep apnea detection. It accurately measures your time in REM, Light, and Deep sleep stages, and detects breathing interruptions that may indicate sleep apnea. It also continuously tracks blood oxygen saturation (SpO₂) — a key metric many wearables overlook.
Does RingConn Gen 2 support automatic health alerts?
The RingConn features a health alert function. RingConn currently provides health risk alerts for headaches, vital sign changes, and risks related to sun exposure and dehydration, helping you better understand your overall health status.
You can view your current health status in the RingConn App by going to "Me" > "Health Alerts". Tap the "clock" icon in the top-right corner of the "Health Alerts" page to review your alert history.
Apple Health
How can I correct sleep data in Apple Health?
After you edit a sleep record in the RingConn App, the system will sync the updated sleep data to Apple Health. If you notice that the sleep data in Apple Health is inaccurate, you can correct it by following these steps:
1. Delete the incorrect sleep record in Apple Health.
2. Open the RingConn App > "Insights" > go to the "Sleep" page.
3. Scroll down to the "Sleep" card and tap the "Edit" button on the right.
4. Re-edit the sleep record and tap Save. The updated sleep data will be automatically synced to Apple Health.

How do I sync RingConn App data to Apple Health?
To sync data from the RingConn App to Apple Health, please follow the steps below:
1. Open the RingConn App and go to "Me" > "App Settings" > "Data Management" > "Connect to Apple Health", then tap Allow Apple Health Access.
2. Open the Apple Health app, tap your profile icon in the top right corner, select "Apps" under "Privacy", and find "RingConn".
3. Choose the data you want to allow "RingConn" to write. Once enabled, data from the RingConn Health app will automatically sync to Apple Health.
How often does RingConn sync data to Apple Health?
RingConn currently uses a scheduled data synchronization mechanism, and the sync timing may vary by data type:
• Steps, calories, blood oxygen, and heart rate: synced to Apple Health approximately every 30 minutes.
• Sleep, height, and weight: synced to Apple Health once the data has been fully generated.
As a result, some data may appear with a short delay in Apple Health. This is normal behavior.
Heart Rate
How can I manually measure my real-time heart rate?
To measure heart rate manually:
Open the App, go to the "Insights" page, click the "Vital Signs" tab, scroll down to the "Heart Rate" module, and click the "Measure" button on the right. During measurement, the ring's two green lights will flash simultaneously for 30-60 seconds. Please avoid moving. To ensure accuracy:

You can enable high heart rate alerts by following these steps:

Connection
How do I disconnect my ring from the current device?
Remove connection with your Ring:
1. Click the "Me" page.
2. Click the "Ring Settings."
3. Click "Remove Connected Device."
4. Click the "Confirm" button to finish removing the connection.
5. After removing the connection, please delete it under the Bluetooth menu of your phone.
How do I re-pair my ring via Bluetooth?
If you need to re-pair the Bluetooth connection, please try the following steps:
1. Check the ring status: Make sure the ring has enough battery and is not in Flight Mode. Place it in the charging case first—if the blue light turns on, it is charging normally. Charge it for a few minutes before proceeding.
2. Remove old pairing records: On your phone, go to Settings → Bluetooth, find the device named "RingConn-xxx", and delete it.
3. Reconnect in the app: Fully close and reopen the RingConn App to allow it to automatically search for and connect to your ring. Some phones may take longer—please keep the app open on the screen and avoid switching to other apps during this time.
4. Restart the ring: If the above steps do not work, place the ring into the charging case and remove it quickly. Repeat this 5 times within 10 seconds. If the blue light flashes, the restart is successful.
If the issue still cannot be resolved, please provide two videos:
1. A video showing the ring reset process (at least 30 seconds).
2. A video showing how the ring is worn on the finger pad (about 1 minute).

Go to the "Insights" page in the app, scroll down, and tap "Edit" to enable or disable this feature.
How do I end Baby Prep status in the RingConn App?
You can end Baby Prep by following this path: "Insights" > "Baby Prep Management" > Tap ". . ." in the top right corner > "End Baby Prep".
How do I record or edit the start or end dates of my period?
You can record or edit your menstrual cycle in either of the following ways:
Method 1 : In the "Insights" section, tap to enter "Period Forecasts". Tap the center of the circular chart showing the cycle day, then enter the calendar and tap "Edit period".
Method 2 : In the "Insights" section, tap to enter "Period Forecasts". Tap the calendar icon next to the date at the top, then enter the calendar and tap "Edit period".
This will update the actual start and end dates of your period.
How do I stop tracking my menstrual cycle while I'm pregnant?
You can turn off the "Period Forecasts" feature in the Function Management card. Open the app, go to "Me" > "App Settings", then under the "Function Management" tab, toggle off "Period Forecasts".
Once turned off, the system will stop predicting your menstrual cycles. To re-enable it, you'll need to provide the start date of your most recent period so a new prediction cycle can be generated.
How do I use the Baby Prep feature in the RingConn App?
If you have not used the women's health features before, you can activate the pregnancy preparation feature by following these steps: "Insights" > Enable "Women's Health Management" > Read the Privacy Policy > Select "Trying to conceive" > Complete the questionnaire to activate the Baby Prep Management function.
If you are already using the Period Forecasts feature within Women's Health Management, you can enable the Baby Prep Management function by following these steps: "Insights" > "Period Forecasts" > Tap ". . ." in the top right corner > Tap "⇄" to switch to Baby Prep Mode.
