Compared to other wearables, what are the advantages of RingConn Gen 3?

Compared to smartwatches, the RingConn Gen 3 Smart Ring offers advantages in comfort, battery life, and multi-parameter health tracking, specifically:

1. More Continuous Blood Pressure Trend Insights

Unlike some watches that only support spot measurements, the RingConn Gen 3 smart ring provides continuous blood pressure trend tracking at rest, helping identify changes in blood pressure and supporting daily health management.

2. Longer Battery Life

The Gen 3 offers up to 14 days of battery life, and up to 150+ days with the charging case—so you can wear it for extended periods without worrying about charging.

3. More Comfortable Wearing Experience

Weighing approximately 2.5–3.5 grams, it is lighter than a smartwatch, suitable for all-day wear, and especially comfortable and barely noticeable while sleeping.

4. More Comprehensive Health Monitoring

Supports multi-dimensional health tracking including blood pressure trends, sleep, sleep apnea monitoring, heart rate, blood oxygen, activity, stress, and women's health, meeting a wide range of health management needs.

How are Gen 3, Gen 2, and Gen 2 Air positioned differently?

These three rings are designed to meet different health management needs with distinct feature sets. The main differences are as follows:

1. Gen 3 (Advanced – Vascular Health Management)

It adds blood pressure trend tracking and vibration alerts. It supports more comprehensive health monitoring, including sleep apnea risk monitoring, heart rate, blood oxygen, exercise, stress, and women's health management. It features an aerospace-grade titanium outer ring with a brushed finish for a more premium look and feel. Weighing approximately 2.5–3.5g, the ring battery life is up to 14 days, with a total battery life of over 150 days when used with the charging case.

2. Gen 2 (Flagship – Sleep-focused health management)

Focused on sleep apnea risk monitoring, it supports sleep, stress, heart rate, exercise, blood oxygen, and women's health management. It does not support blood pressure trend tracking or vibration alerts. It also features an aerospace-grade titanium outer ring, weighs approximately 2–3g, and offers up to 12 days of battery life for the ring itself, with a total battery life of over 150 days with the charging case.

3. Gen 2 Air (Entry-level – Daily health tracking)

This model provides essential health tracking for daily use and offers a more affordable option. It does not support sleep apnea monitoring, blood pressure trend tracking, or vibration alerts. The outer ring is made of stainless steel, weighs approximately 2.5–4g, and the battery life of the ring is up to 10 days. It uses a charging dock (charging only, does not extend battery life).
